Something wicked his way comes…
LAPD detective Michael Gideon continues to try and work through his PTSD that was brought on when he and his German shepherd K-9 partner Sirius walked through fire to catch an infamous serial killer, but his challenges seem overwhelming with a caseload that has him working three problematic cases. Trying to shut down a dog fighting ring, all the while working a missing persons case, would be difficult at the best of times, but Gideon is pushed to the edge when he discovers himself in the crosshairs of a serial murderer who appears to be doing the bidding of Ellis Haines, the notorious so-called Weatherman that he and Sirius brought to justice.
Most mystery series grow weaker with each book. Not so with the Gideon and Sirius novels. This is the fourth book in the series, and readers seem to think it’s among the best, managing a collective 4.5-star rating from Amazon, Goodreads, and Audible readers!
